EHRez is an easy, integrated and complete electronic health record application that will help manage your entire physician office. Our complete management system is developed as One single software that covers a wide variety of modules. EHRez is touch screen, tablet PC and Dragon Naturally Speaking compatible.

EHRez version 3.5, became 2011/2012 compliant on November 2010, and is certified as a Complete EHR by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®), an ONC-ATCB, certification number CC-1112-584300-1, in accordance with the applicable eligible provider certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Our 3.5 version, is also certified in CCHIT’s separate and independent program CCHIT Certified® 2011 Ambulatory EHR. As a fully CCHIT Certified product, our software has been tested and passed inspection of 100 percent of a set of criteria for: Functionality, Interoperability and Security.

About Us

Motivated by the need to embrace and implement the new healthcare technology industry, a group of physicians and executives within the health care world, joined efforts to create a company that will provide a complete electronic health record solution to many providers in Puerto Rico and the United States.

History

On November 2010, E-Health Partners acquired the electronic health record (EHRez) platform, developed by Quality Improvement Professional Research Organization (QIPRO).

Mr. José Bengoa, president of E-Health Partners, along with a team of professionals with extensive experience in the field of technology and the healthcare industry led the effort that successfully achieved the completion and final deployment of EHRez version 3.5.

As part of its wide range of services, E-Health Partners has established partnerships with private technology companies (Hardware), IT services, telecommunications providers and financial institutions that places E-Health Partners as a complete solution for all the healthcare information technology (HIT) needs.

Today, E Health Partners is a preferred EHR vendor for the Regional Extension Center and has become the fastest growing company in Puerto Rico, looking to expand to the United States in the near future.

APPOINTMENTS

Identifies the appointments by colors, to facilitate status on first visits and follow-ups and allows the physician to verify appointments history by patient or date.

  • Is EHRez a client server or web based application?

    EHRez is a client server application that also provides virtualization for a web based environment. EHRez can be accessed remotely from anywhere.

  • What programming language was used to develop EHRez?

    EHRez has been developed with the latest technology of .Net, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server for data base.

  • How easy can it be installed in my office?

    Our certified technician's will coordinate the installation and configuration of the EHRez application in your office. They will make sure the application is working properly with your operating network system.

  • What is included in the basic training?

    The training is part of the contractual agreement and will take place in E-Health Partners local facilities, physician's office or remotely via teleconference. E-Health Partners will provide you with application manuals, quick reference guides and a complete training performed by our certified trainers.

  • Does EHRez meet my needs?

    EHRez was created by a group of consulting physician's, who took in consideration all aspects of a physician's office. Also, our system is customizable to every unique practice.

  • Does EHRez require a contract agreement?

    Yes, a contract agreement is required for EHRez software license that will include: installation, configuration, trainings, upgrades, updates and software services.

  • What happens after I implement an electronic health record at my practice?

    At the beginning, an educational process will take place. Be prepared for a slowdown in productivity when you first implement the application. Once end-users get used to the new application, productivity will gradually increase.

  • What happens with the paper records I have?

    You can either digitalize and integrate them into our system, or choose a "day forward" technique, in which new records are entered as they come.
